Located in the heart of Kenmore’s Spencer Square, the Flyway will be MainStreet Property Group’s fourth project in this area. MainStreet partnered with the City of Kenmore to revitalize the downtown area and create the downtown that it is today.

The Flyway’s amenity package includes a rooftop deck that will have expansive views of Lake Washington; however, the project’s location is its best amenity.

The Flyway is immediately adjacent to the City of Kenmore’s Hangar Building, built as a gathering place for the public to use free of charge.
