MainStreet assembled a team of Architects, Engineers and other experts to respond to an RFP from the City of Redmond. In July, MainStreet was selected as the developer partner for the project. The project is unique in that it is adjacent to the new downtown City Park, so ground floor activation is critical. MainStreet will partner with the City to provide 30 parking stalls for the public. Currently MainStreet is working on the design and plans to break ground in summer of 2019 on approximately 85 residential units and 7,500 SF of ground floor retail/restaurant space.
