Each year around the holidays, we present a celebratory "5 Days of Giving" back to our teams and also partner with a local non-profit to support families who need a little extra help during the holiday season.

We cover 100% of the HSA medical plan and CORE dental plan premium rate for our team members. We also provide basic vision, $25,000 of life insurance, long- term disability insurance and contribute monthly to our team members’ HSA accounts. We provide other choices for medical, dental and vision plans if preferred.

Our medical plans include many special services tailored towards our health including chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, and massage therapy. We also have elective insurance benefits for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity.

All our team members accrue PTO to be used for vacation, sick or personal days off, in addition, we provide 9 paid Holidays and an annual floating Wellness Day. Following 10 years with the organization, team members are eligible for a month-long paid sabbatical.
