Jackie Hizzey is Co-President and Chief Financial Officer of MainStreet Property Group, where she has played a foundational role in the firm’s growth since joining as its first employee in 2011. Over more than a decade, Jackie has helped guide MainStreet from a startup developer into the industry-leading platform it is today.
As CFO, Jackie leads the firm’s financial strategy and operations, including project capitalization, treasury management, tax planning, risk management, accounting and reporting, and investor relations. Throughout her tenure, she has helped capitalize MainStreet developments representing more than $1 billion in total project value. Jackie has also played a key role in designing and implementing the financial systems, operational infrastructure, and internal controls that support MainStreet’s scale, discipline, and long-term growth.
Jackie began her career in public accounting at Moss Adams in Seattle, where she worked in assurance services. She later served as Controller for Geonerco Management LLC, a West Coast homebuilder, overseeing financial reporting, internal audit, and accounting across multiple decentralized operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University.
Outside of MainStreet, Jackie is involved in professional leadership. She serves as Treasurer of the Cascadia College Foundation Board and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Capital Markets Council.
Jackie resides in Woodinville with her husband and daughter and enjoys staying active through time outdoors.
