Jackie Hizzey has been with MainStreet since the beginning — Employee #1. As Co-President and Chief Financial Officer, she leads the firm’s financial strategy, including project capitalization, treasury, tax planning, risk management, accounting and reporting, and investor relations. Throughout her tenure, Jackie and her team have built the systems, processes, and internal controls that make the organization truly best-in-class, and she has helped capitalize more than $1 billion in project value.
After earning her degree from Gonzaga University, she began her career as an assurance auditor at Moss Adams in Seattle, then served as Controller for West Coast homebuilder Geonerco Management LLC. Jackie is Treasurer of the Cascadia College Foundation Board, a member of the Gonzaga Accounting Advisory Board, and a member of the University of Washington Runstad Department of Real Estate Advisory Board.
