As Co-President and Chief Development Officer, Kim Faust leads the firm’s acquisition, entitlement, development, and construction across the Puget Sound region. She has directed a development and construction pipeline of more than a billion dollars — mixed-use, multifamily, and commercial projects ranging from 100 to more than 600 units — with entitlement, the stage where much of a project’s value and risk is determined, as a particular focus.
A native Eastsider, Kim brings more than twenty years of diverse experience and the deep municipal relationships that come with it. Named “40 Under 40” by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2016, she earned a scholarship to Santa Clara University, where she played Division I basketball, is a Designated Real Estate Broker in Washington, and serves on the university’s Real Estate Advisory Board.
