Make Your Downtown Connection

LINQ Flats + Lofts, a new downtown mixed-use project across from the Kenmore City Hall is located at 68th Avenue NE and NE 181st Street. This new community contains 94 urban residential flats and lofts, along with approximately 20,000 square feet of commercial space dedicated to bringing expanded health care clinic services to the Kenmore community from Kirkland-based EvergreenHealth. LINQ at Spencer Square will serve as a gateway for the continued MainStreet revitalization of downtown Kenmore that has transformed the surrounding neighborhood. The five-story development is comprised of four-stories of residential units, approximately 20,000 square feet of ground level commercial space and one level of underground parking.

In addition, MainStreet rechanneled 68th Avenue NE which added on-street parking, bike lanes, pedestrian sidewalks and connectivity adjacent and through the site and under grounding of all adjacent underground utilities. LINQ Flats + Lofts will offer a mix of apartments ranging from urban flats to 3-bedroom units including lofts – many with premium views of Lake Washington. The apartment homes feature unique custom and stylish interior spaces with thoughtfully designed floor plans. Features include barn doors, quartz countertops, hard surface wood flooring, stainless steel appliance package and 100% LED lighting. The project also incorporates unique sustainable features to achieve LEED Gold status.
