Within the project, an accessible route to and from the bus stop will allow residents to walk through a terracing landscape and into the core of the site. From there, continuous pedestrian walks lead through the site to East Lake Sammamish Parkway and the public amenities beyond. The Sammamish River Trail and the Marymoor Connector Trail are both just steps from the community’s front door. Whole Foods, located 0.6 miles from the property will offer residents the opportunity for easy grocery shopping. One mile past Whole Foods is Redmond Town Center that features more than 110 shops, restaurants, lodging and entertainment venues in an outdoor environment. Additionally, The Bond is just steps away from the region’s largest park, Marymoor Park, which has more than 3 million annual visitors.
